When GWL Realty Advisors Inc. became managers of multi-residential portfolio, they wanted a high profile identity to create awareness of this new development. We developed an identity system to link each property which can expand infinitely as the portfolio grows.

Concurrently, a brochure system was developed to make on-going production for each property efficient and easy for the client to manage.
